When Pantone release their 2017 ‘Colour of the Year‘ back in December, I can’t say I was overwhelmed. Following last year’s Rose Quartz and Serenity combination was always going to be tough; the calming, musky tones replaced with an energetic and zesty hue.
I’m sure there are plenty of people who will boldly follow suits and paint walls, doors, floors… However, I’m confident there are also those who, like me, are looking for a more subtle approach.
So instead of immediately dismissing Pantone, I’ve gathered some ways to gently embrace some Greenery below. And while this wouldn’t necessarily be my ‘go – to’ tone, I do love a challenge so here goes!
1. Delfonics Quitterie card case, TwentyTwentyOne
2. E27, Muuto
3. Type 75 Desk Lamp, Anglepoise
4. Tivoli Three-Seater (Emerald), Swoon Editions
5. Adamo & Eva colour. 108, Dedar
6. Palette Desk, &Tradition
7. Nathalie notebook, HAY
So what do you think? I’m still a little yey-nay, but it’s definitely growing on me… slowly.
